Streamline Scheduling with Recurring Bookings
Managing repeated tasks just got easier with our new recurring bookings feature. If your team frequently works on projects that require repeated scheduling, you can now create bookings that recur on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis reducing manual entry and improving efficiency.
Key benefits:
- Faster booking creation: Convert a single booking into a recurring one within the Create Booking pane.
- Consistent visibility: Recurring bookings appear clearly on the planner, ensuring full transparency.
- Custom recurrence settings: Choose between daily, weekly, or monthly frequency to match your needs.
- Available in multiple views: Use recurring bookings in both Resources and Jobs views.
By simplifying how repeated work is scheduled, teams can save valuable time and focus on high-priority tasks.

Empowering High-Performing Teams with our new behavioural profiling Integration
Understanding team dynamics is crucial for productivity. That’s why we’ve enhanced the Talent Profile with behavioural profiling. This integration allows resource planners to make more informed decisions based on behavioural strengths alongside skills data.
What’s new?
- Behavioural Profiling: You can now create and import their behavioural profile into Retain and view it on an employee’s profile.
- Behaviour-based skill matching: Skills are assigned based on the dominant behavioural category from the assessment.
- Visual insights in planner views: Resource profiles now display colour proportions, allowing planners to build well-balanced teams.
- Filtering & role assignments: Use behavioural data as a filtering criterion in the People Finder, Planner, and Role templates.
By incorporating behavioural profiling, resource managers can optimise team composition for better collaboration and performance.

Enhanced Power BI Reporting with Multi Custom Field Support
We’ve improved how custom fields are handled in Power BI reports, making reporting more efficient and reducing performance issues.
What’s changed?
- Custom fields are now embedded within their respective entities (e.g., Booking fields are in the Booking entity in Power BI Data pane).
- Performance improvements: Reports load faster with improved data structuring.
- Easier access to multiple custom fields: Users can now include multiple custom fields in a single report visual.
- Seamless transition: Existing custom fields will automatically migrate to the new format during the R1.23 upgrade.
For best results, we recommend updating your reports to leverage these newly structured fields. While the old custom field tables remain available in this release, they will be deprecated in a future update.
